Conditions of Use

'The Company' refers to Bin Garden Ltd. 'The Customer' refers to any party to whom the company agrees to sell goods and/or services in accordance with The Company's standard terms and conditions of sale. ‘The Goods" means the articles or services and any part thereof to be provided by The Company in accordance with The Company's standard conditions of sale. 

* Any offer of Free Shipping (via bingarden.com or our telephone) refers to standard shipping orders over £75 sent on a Next Day Delivery service to MAINLAND U.K. ONLY, Not Highlands or Offshore Islands. Sorry we do NOT ship to European Union or Northern Ireland. Next Day means next working day providing that we receive your payment-processed order before 14:00, on a qualifying day; then we will endeavour to dispatch on same day. (N.B. Payment Processing times may delay exact times that we receive your order). Any order received after the 14:00 cut-off point will be subject to one day dispatch. All references to 'Day' means Monday - Friday only excluding bank holidays. 

The Company accepts returns requests only on the following basis: 

The product has not been used. 

You inform us within 14 days of the date you received the product. 

The product is returned to us in the same state that we sent it (Unless damaged). 

There is a fault that we are responsible for. 

Unless item is faulty, returns will NOT be accepted if: 

The product has been used. 

You are outside of 14 days of receipt. 

You made a business purchase.

Please note that the Company is unable to offer a collection facility for our customers. 

Goods to be returned by tracked-only courier (NOT first or second class mail). You will be responsible for returning the product in it's original condition and must be unopened, unused and in it's original packaging together with fixings, fittings and Original Instructions, so it can be resold on "As New". 

Save as herein expressly provided The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature or to whomsoever caused arising out of the use of goods supplied by it. The customer shall indemnify The Company against all claims made against The Company by any third party in respect thereof. 

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

The Customer understands that colours between imported batches may differ, so the colour might not be an exact match to previous batches or from one product to another. The Customer understands that the goods are intended for domestic use, not for commercial purposes. The Customer shall follow the assembly instructions provided in printed form inside the product boxes and / or downloadable from the website and follow the Installation Requirements specified on the sales pages.

These conditions and the contract of which this document relates shall in all respects be construed and operate in accordance with English and Wales law.
