You simply wait over 30 days after the last of your three Wheelie Bin Stores has been delivered; then contact us strictly between day 31 - day 45, using our online contact form only, to claim your Free Pair of Planters quoting your order number when you must also specify their preferred choice of colour * 

You will then receive a reply within 14 days of your communication only if your claim was successful. Successful Claimants will receive their free Pair of Planters successively within 30 days via free shipping, only to the same address as the qualifying Wheelie Bin Stores order was shipped to. However, we won't send the free Pair of Planters out if a qualifying order is cancelled, returned or partially returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If we receive an order requesting delivery for a different address the order will be cancelled.
